Are you willing to do what it takes?

Would I be off base is saying that YOU want to be more fit in 2016 then 2015?

It’s kind of a rhetorical question. If you do NOT want to have some better health then there is a problem. We all want to feel and look better. We all want to have a few more good years at the end of our life. No brainer.

Are you willing to do what it takes?

That is the million dollar question.

The calendar is about to turn. Will you change your mindset and be WILLING to fight a little hard this year then last?

I hope so.

I want to help. Here are 3 ways I am offering my services as a fitness coach to you.

#1: My blog. Each and every day I try to offer you value. Come back here every day or once a week. You will find new content to help you on your journey. If you are on Facebook like our page to get even more content and to get updates on whats going on here in the blog world.




#2: Content RIGHT NOW. Here are 3 actionable steps that you can take this very moment to help you on your journey.

Carry water with you. Everywhere that you go you need to have a water battle with you. Get in this habit and you will feel better by staying hydrated.

Get out your calendar or load it on your phone / computer. SCHEDULE 1 hour per day to exercise. Really. Pretend this is an appointment with a high paying client. Block off that hour each day. Break it up if you need to.

Read one motivational or informative article per day and or listen to one Podcast PER DAY. START TODAY. It doesn’t matter the content. Just do something that will uplift you.

What do you think will happen to you if you do each of these 3 things for the next week? Your life will change for the better. Imagine how you life will look in a month or a year. Dude, 365 days or being hydrated means less illness and more wellness, 365 workouts will shed body fat, add muscle and amplify your energy, and 365 articles or podcasts will CREATE A NEW YOU.

Can you imagine?
